About our services

We provide personal organisation and wellbeing literacy—workshops, facilitation, and educational materials. We are not a registered health service and do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. For health concerns contact your GP or call 1737 (Need to talk?).

New Zealand consumer law

If you purchase services as a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for purpose, completed in reasonable time, and charged at a reasonable price where not fixed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot contract out of.

We must not mislead you under the Fair Trading Act 1986. Marketing and ads will match what we deliver; see pricing for current fees.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape the site at scale, harass staff, or use content in ways that breach others’ rights.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Attractiveexcept unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for personal use. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

Online advertising

We may use Google Ads or similar platforms. Landing pages identify our business, address, and contact details. Optional cookies require consent per our Cookies Policy.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect loss from website use. This does not affect consumer guarantees for paid services.

Governing law

New Zealand law governs these terms. Courts in Auckland have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
